UK customers can order using the 'shopping basket' system which enables you to make payment using a Credit or Debit card via Paypal. (See 'About Paypal?' below).
For international orders Paypal is the only method of payment we can accept please use the contact form so we can give you the latest prices for goods and shipping at the prevailing exchange rates

UK customers only can now purchase goods over the telephone using the cards featured using Streamline (Streamline is a service provided by a member of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group)

Delivery
Orders will be posted out as soon as possible after receipt of full payment and allowing time for any cheque payments to clear. The period for dispatch is normally 7 days from date of order with cheque payment and 2 days or less with paypal, a dispatch date will be confirmed on receipt of order and payment. As all items are handmade we may have to extend the paypal delivery times, especially after a busy period,I will inform you of the dispatch times if this is the case and a refund will be given if it does not suit you.

now costs £2.15
All orders come boxed in our own stylish printed boxes
Our silver jewellery come in the black box
all the others come in the beige box
All our boxes are made from recycled paper

I understand how difficult it can be to buy from the internet - your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it, in the original packaging, with any gift packaging and labels attached within 14 days of receipt at your own cost for a refund of the original purchase price and original postage.
Please ensure the item is packaged in a bubble protected bag or envelope as refunds for breakages in transit cannot be made and send by first class Recorded signed for delivery.
You may also return your item undamaged, with labels and packaging within 14 days for exchange only.For UK health and safety reasons pierced earrings are the exception to this policy. In the unlikely event of a fault or a breakage in transit, a full refund or replacement will be given on return of the damaged goods.In any of the above cases please contact me before returning goods.
Items made to order cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty on receipt.

How do I use PayPal?
Add your items to the shopping basket then, when you are ready, view basket and select the 'Secure Checkout'. You will be guided through placing your order by Paypal. You do not have to be a registered PayPal user to pay this way, however, if you wish to sign up to an account there is an option to do this at the end of the checkout. All orders are acknowledged by e-mail.
